朱宗卫,男,出生于1987年12月,副研究员,硕士生导师,中科大软件学院实验教学中心(苏州)主任,中科大苏州高等研究院高能效智能计算实验室技术总负责人。2014年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学计算机学院;2014-2018年先后工作于中国矿业大学、华为苏州研究院;2018年加入中科大苏州研究院。近年来,作为核心骨干先后参与了千万级国家重大课题2项,个人主持负责重点研发子课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、中科院先导C项目子课题、装发、国家国防科技工业局、中国博士后面上基金、国防科技创新特区创新基金、江苏省青年基金、江苏省自然资源厅基金、江苏省博士后基金等多项国家级或省部级课题,近5年累计合同经费1500万元。以第一作者或通信作者在DAC、TCAD、ToS、TII、TITS、TVT、TECS、IoT、JSA等高水平学术期刊和会议上发表论文30余篇,出版专著2部,授权发明专利10余项。期间形成的多项研究成果已实际应用于多家知名企事业单位。
